I am one of the Ancient ones and was an ambassador, spiritual light warrior, peacemaker and diplomat from Lemuria to Atlantis. I tried and succeeded in convincing many of the Atlantians that peace was a better way.

Unfortunately, many would not listen as they developed a crystal technology that eventually destroyed their civilization and resulted in a Karmic Debt that they feel guilty about to this day. In this incarnation my duty is to be the messenger of love, compassion, peace, kindness as well as peacemaker and teacher to prepare the world for the great cosmic events that will soon come upon the earth.

Practice Karma Yoga (physical and Spiritual) and Golden Shield Qigong 2 times a week as well as 5 Secret Tibetian Yoga Rituals Daily for longevity 7 days a week (takes about 10 minutes a day). Note: Somet times I substitute DAO-IN physical and spiritual exercises for Yoga and Qigong so I don't get bored with my exercises. Practice many different types of meditation techniques as well as Yoga.
